I responded to post#35. It's not about the Trump Organization and it didn't distinguish civil suit and and it's a two year bump of the thread and I had never posted in this thread


It is about inflated real estate values and yes I thought those were criminal charges at first because it was brought by the attorney general but it wasn't specified as civil.

Now if you think I'm lying fine whatever.

 

The accusation is he defrauded the bank. The would be in on getting defrauded?

 

Not just banks but IRS and state taxes by giving two valuations. One where he over values them for financing and marketing purposes and then devaluing them for tax purposes.

 

If they were going to be paid back, they would be.

 

This makes no sense. They aren't investigating the bank about Trump. You're arguing to arguing making ridiculous statements like this

I'm just talking about the dealings with the bank and bank loans thanks for the input however.
