    It's not simply about winning a championship. We had a terrible overall season. Our regular season sucked, players were disgruntled, coaches got fired & our rep around the league as a organization is now bad. Whens the last time Pop or anybody from the Spurs or GS organization got into a twitter war with a TV analyst? Daryl Morey's definitely going about this wrong

    Then you missed my point, you are just severely underestimating luck and chance.

    You can't possibly know how our rep in the league is at all, I see statements like thrown around carelessly. Obviously it isn't as good as it was last year but it wasn't a rep that got us passed by good, proven coaches like Vogel and Joerger, we decided not to meet with them.

    When was the last time a TV analyst held such a grudge against a team?

    In what way? And how? The owner won't tank. The owner gets involved most with the coaching hiring and firing.
