    If Jeremy Lamb is a beast when he has plays run for him, then shouldn't his development be about things OTHER than that? Say, being able to play off the ball, defense, passing, being a team player, etc.?

    I don't know about you, but I would prefer Lamb not to have Kevin Martin ceiling because all McHale does it run plays for him from day 1. I would want my Rockets rookies to become more complete players instead.

    I am pretty sure that its his fault too. If your players don't respond you are failing as a coach.
