I think teams only do it when they are having like "50th" year celebrations, which is why the original AFL teams are the only ones wearing throwbacks right now. When the NFL turned 75 back in 1994 I remember a lot of throwback uniforms. 2019 is gonna be a big party!
The Browns aren't an old AFL team, so we won't be seeing that, but that would be weird. Like watching inter-team scrimmage.
