What a wacky league. Jags beat NE handily and then lose to TEN, the week after. Lions get blown out by the Jets, lose to the 49ers, and then completely dominate NE.
The Vikings, Packers and Browns all have the same record, 1-1-1. The Patriots are 1-2 with a loss to Detroit. At least the Texans are staying true to form......
It's been said before, but he's the anti-Romo. Romo was willing to take chances on the deep ball. Every once in a while it hurt the team but it at least kept the defense honest. Dak is completely against taking chances on the deep ball. He gives receivers about two seconds to get open and then he checks it down. Add in the fact that these WRs struggle to get open and you have a recipe for a mediocre offense. With that being said, I dont think Linehan is helping the problem. He calls runs in obvious running formations and passes in obvious passing formations. My mom can call out what type of play is coming on a regular basis. It's incredibly frustrating.
Some days you get FitzMagic, other days you get FitzTragic. Warmly welcome back Jameis Winston! __________________________
