Please....please.....PLEASE let McNabb be able to play at an effective level. Kolb is absolutely terrible. PLEASE!!!!!!!
My Steelers have what I consider to be a monster trap game @Chicago this week. I have a feeling the offense will be stale and Chicago will pull off the upset. It will mark the beginning of the "OMGZ JAY CUTLER = GOD!!" movement before Cutler does his usual late-season collapse thing.
Washington Redskins and New York Giants was the most-watched opening game on record. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-nflratings&prov=ap&type=lgns Man, people were really missing their football. Or like me, the beer, betting and ball is a most welcome escape from all the other crap on TV and the news. At least until the Texans played...
I'm tryin to decide who I should play on my FFB team QB: Aaron Rodgers RB: Clinton Portis RB: Ryan Grant WR: Santana Moss WR: Andre Johnson WR: Vincent Jackson TE: Kellen Winslow Bench: WR: Lee Evans RB: Reggie Bush WR: Derrick Mason RB: Fred Jackson (nice gm MNF) TE: Dustin Keller QB: Brett Favre Playing against probably the most stacked team in our league.
That means something dramatic will happen so he can ramp up the volume. Last week the guy gets stuck calling a complete dog of a game in the wilderness with two losers (Denver at Cincinnati) and look what happens. I take it as a positive the Titans game might have drama.
Someone tell me how Fox allowed themselves to be scheduled into oblivion for the late games this Sunday. Who in their right mind is going to watch Bucs at Bills or Seahawks at 49ers over Ravens at Chargers or Steelers at Bears? Only hearing about a complete TO flame-out would make me even think of changing the channel away from the Steelers/Bears game (even during commercials). I may as well throw the remote away.
I'm trying to decide if I should go to the Titans/Texans game this week. I'd love to go, and my dad would probably go to considering he is a Texans fan. I just don't know if I want to spend the money right now. I wish it was on TV in my area instead of the Pats/Jets, even though it should be a good game.

That's correct, but I think he means why they couldn't have switched the games to at least be competitive for audience in the time slot, not in who shows it. Also, West Coast teams usually will be the late game because people in that time zone will be going to that game at noon local, and people in the East Coast will usually be going to that game early because locally it's a kickoff at 11 a.m.
