    Ware seems to be ok. But I'm guessing they are taking zero chances with the way his neck got crunched like that.

    I think it is odd how you can tackle a guy from behind by pulling on his jersey but not his shoulder pads.

    It essentially creates the same effect of a "horse collar".

    I'm guessing it's because it's easier to hold your grip on the shoulder pads, as opposed to the jersey.

    You could hear the stadium announcers say that Ware strained his neck, while the commentators were talking about the field goal. I only heard strained neck, but you have to assume its about Ware.
