    Nope.

Think about it, how else do you zero in on a runner? Follow their eyes. That will tell you where they are going. Several players over the years have spoken out about it. The NFL bans those visors for a reason. LT gets an exemption to wear it because he gets "migraines" from the stadium lights, supposedly.

Vick wears the tinted Visor and noone complains.

I guess next time I play ball I need to wear tinted glasses. No one will be able to check my crossover.

I wouldn't consider myself a Patriots fan. More of someone who would have enjoyed seeing Fat Ryan get his. Now I have to root for the Steelers for the sheer fact that I cannot possibly endure 2 weeks of media time given to that fat blowhard.

You may hate the man but he's one hell of a motivator and football coach.

Vick's visor is clear, not tinted like LT's.

If people can't see your eyes, it is a definite advantage.

There is a reason the NFL banned them.

They're banned for safety reasons, so that if a player takes a hard hit coaches and trainers can see if he's conscious.

The only player on the field whose eyes defenders read anyway is the QB.

But I'd prefer the Super Bowl be about, you know, football. Not some idiot who can't keep his mouth shut for 2 seconds, let alone 2 weeks.

That makes sense as well, but the second statement couldn't be further from the truth. You're telling me you're trying to tackle somebody head up, and you're not going to be looking where they're going? Or lets say you're defending a receiver, are you not looking at their eyes to see if the ball is coming, or where it is coming? That is nonsense. This is a basketball board, so how about the "no look pass"? Why do you think that is so effective? Players, defenders in particular, follow the eyes, as a massive tell. I'm an LT fan, but it has always been an unfair advantage in his favor.

haha who the hell was saying their defense sucked??? I never remember hearing the Pats defense was better than theirs.... I am pretty sure most people were aware of how bad the Pats defense truly was.

I think that dbag scott was getting a little pissy about nothing there... I cant stand that guy now. I hope the steelers destroy the Jets next week

he has a mouth, and he has a right to talk. if he backs it up, he can continue to talk.

fans complaining about his talking, well too bad.

    love bart scott's interviews

brady is now 3-4 in his last 7 playoff games. how does it feel not having an elite defense backing you up tom? i always feel like the defense won the pats' those championships; brady never put up crazy stats in the playoffs even when they won.
