I loved having Jackson on the Rams, fun to watch and a real team player. I hate to see him go, but I'm happy he'll get his chance at playoff success, he really deserves it. IMO, he was one of the elite running backs in his prime, and unfortunately it was wasted with lackluster surronding talent. Farewell, Stephen. Best of luck, and thank you for a great eight years.
He remember him saying somewhere that he was willing to take a paycut if it meant playing for a contender. Playing in St. Louis for so long must really make him hungry to just flat out win games.

Roach signing with Raiders means it just a matter of time before the Bears shore up Urlacher for his last 2 years. As a Bears fan, I'll be happy because I would have hated seeing him end up with another team but we seriously need some young talent as the heir apparent, not saying Roach was that but he was solid at least.
