UH Tight End Fendi Onobun just drafted with the first pick in the 6th round. He may have the most upside in this draft. He ran the 40 in 4.48 at 6-6, 252 lbs.

 

So Campbell is a Raider now. Good job Oakland, drafting a nice LB to pair with Morrison and now finding a more suitable leader.

 

They traded Morrison to the Jags.

 

Damn hard to keep up. More upgrades for the Jags.

 

Consider this intriguing rumour:

Baltimore Ravens starting LT Jared Gaither heading to the Oakland Raiders, in exchange for starting CB Nnamdi Asomugha.

 

He's an incredibeast.

The guys on 610 interviewed him moments after he got picked, I've never heard anyone sound so excited.

I cannot possibly see him not making it in the league. He has all the physical skills in the world and has only been playing football for 7 months. The world is that kid's oyster.

When I played basketball in high school, Onobun and the Cowboys tight end Martellus Bennett were on the same Alief Taylor basketball team. We actually beat them my junior year but they destroyed us when I was a senior.

It is kind of ridiculous that both of those two went to the same high school and played on the same team and didn't do anything of note in the state tournament. They were super athletic and beasts at basketball.

 

West Virginia QB Jarrett Brown signed with the 49ers. LaGarrette Blount signed with the Vikings.

 

Jevan Snead signed with Tampa Bay.

 

Jeez. That's a r****dedly stacked backfield.

 

Just a plan dumb decision to come out early. He went from a projected Top 10 pick after his sophomore season to going undrafted.

 

I think Campbell is really underrated. The Redskins have a horrible offensive line and he had to deal with a new offensive system every year. It's a great pick up for the Raiders.
