There’s always a resale market. And when a team’s fans are in close proximity to the venue, the demand for that resale goes up. The College national championship game this year was first-hand evidence of that effect. Record setting demand/resale.
The Super Bowl is on a completely different level. Resale prices and demand are stratospheric by fans of participating teams.
Calais Campbell predicted the exact 45-42 win over the Steelers LAST WEEK, and just yesterday Ramsey guaranteed a trip to the Super Bowl, and that they’d “win that b****”
Resale prices have been going down almost every year for the last 7. It’s not quite the demand it used to be. I got several late offers for the game in Houston last year. Ended up being less than what I paid for World Series tickets this year. When you live near the location, and don’t have to worry about the logistics of travel, you can do that. The additional image issue for the NFL won’t necessarily help things.
Anyone else wanna cosign with me on the cheating on FG's? Edit; After re-watching the FG's the light, likely a cell phone, was only on kicks in the 2nd half. A few clicks south of a laser pointer I guess..
Expansion teams have to wait a while before doing anything, it's much better in the NFL's eyes if you rip a team from a city and relocate than force an expansion draft.
