I'm guessing if there's one team Drellich hates more than the Astros, it is the Yankees. Hope he takes them down after the hatchet job he's done to the 'stros since and after his days on the beat here.

    It hasn't been.

Amazing too since ESPN has literally nothing to talk about right now.

I suspect it will be dismissed as "we cheated before the commissioner told us not to"

This is judges profile description on twitter - Christian. Faith, Family, then Baseball. “If what you did yesterday still seems big today, then you haven't done anything today!”

    LMAO.

The sign stealing to me is common and not the issue. The cover up is what’s damming

Dumbest scandal ever -- every team from little league up is trying to steal signs by any means possible.

I would say both have merit. While I think Astros punishment was excessive for the benefit, and the short amount of time they were doing it per the report. The Astros were treated like they were ground zero...when it looks like they were on the tail end of the cheating...but only made it better.

It's amazing (well, not really) how poorly MLB handled this whole situation.

The letter won’t reveal anything damning. Manfred himself wrote it and isn’t stupid enough to put incriminating evidence in writing.

This doesn’t change the fact that Manfred covers for MLB’s biggest cash cows, hence why BOS and NYY will go unscathed when all is said and done. It may have benefitted the owners financially, but the MLB is a hypocritical clown show at this point with ZERO integrity. Skeletons in most organizations’ clubhouses, and Manfred is helping hide the bodies.
