Forgot that there has been some new stuff since this thread was posted...

Besides the new characters shown in the new trailer, there is also this new character:

Sazh Katzroy

He will be a starting party member and will be with you early on in the game. He's middle-aged, dual-wields pistols. Sazh has a baby chocobo that nests in his afro... he's a good person, easily moved to tears and has good judgment and a sense of social responsibility.
