    Tried to sign up, but when I click on the link in the email for activation, it just keeps sending me an error: "we are unable to find your user account for activation. We cannot activate your account at this time."

    Anyone else?

    Yea, can't get it to work either. I put in my gmail account into the work email and I keep getting an error. What's the deal with the Program Code?

    Is this AFTER you paid?

    I paid, got the email, but not going to dl and install until I get home.

    Are you guys saying you paid, and got the confirmation email and link, and THEN it is error-ing out?

    For me this was after I signed up on the website BEFORE I paid. When the confirmation email to activate the account is sent and I click on the link, I get the error.

    I did not buy the dvd, I figure as long as i have the code, I can always download the files again and activate.

    Or download the file, burn to CD / DVD (and write the Product Code on the optical disk).

    I'm using the previous thread's version. A friend here at work just used the new code and it worked beautifully.

    Microsoft WORD comes with a bunch of awesome templates, and their ease of use is just top-of-the-line easy. :cool:

    No. Did you try it or just assuming :confused: ? You can't retrieve the file. It's not possible to run it even from TEMP location. Good thought, though. Maybe yours will work.

    You can always torrent the ISO if you lost the installation files, I wouldn't buy the DVD.
