I guess it's the rise of the middle class. Max guys were always going to get the max. Middle of the pack guys are getting maxes and the fringe middle to lower tier guys are getting a little less than max. In the meanwhile, the bottom of the barrel will have to continue to scrape by with minimal wage increases. :grin:
