Is the translation accurate? Is this really in Philadelphia? I have no idea. I do not even know what language that is. Do we have anyone here who can translate this? Either someone is translating this wrong to intentionally make something innocent look really bad or these kids are being taught terrible things. Either one of these options is utterly despicable and worthy of outrage. I do not do twitter so I know nothing of the source. I found this on another site.
I will add that with foreign languages, a despicable person could easily make translations to say anything they want like the Hitler movie meme people caption to make it read whatever narrative they want. Did someone do that here? If so there is no excuse for it.
Short summary: facebook video, condemned by Muslim American Society in Philadelphia (also condemned by CAIR and ADL), an unnamed local school did the video with translation, the Muslim American Society demanded the dismissal of the person in charge of the event (and person was dismissed) and will require greater oversight in the future. It should be illegal for any organization to teach violence and hate to children. Yea, good luck with enforcing that, but it should be illegal. p.s. Contagious form of outrage, and taking pleasures from outrage isn't healthy. Do not seek for your own good.
He beat me to it by 6 minutes. I am at work and had to take care of something in the middle of creating the thread so he created that one in the time between my starting the thread and actually posting it. Of course my thinking on this was that someone added intentionally misleading translations to it which does not appear to be the case.
