Elton Brand hasn't made it to the playoffs yet either. And the 2000-2001 Rocks finished closer to the 8th seed than the 2001-2002 Clips. That being said, Jermaine O'neil is my vote (he may have made to the playoffs but disappearing during them is just as bad as missing them).
