    head is a lock for the sophomore team. he may also be on the 3-point shootout.

    hayes may deserve a spot but he won't be selected.

    I know I know... quoting myself is stupid.. but no one answered my question and after looking all over I can't find it myself. Hopefully all you smart veteran NBA fans can answer it for me. :)

    Who decides who plays and who doesn't? Do the coaches vote? Does T-mobile decide? Does the AP decide?
