This OKC team against the Warriors have 0 chance. 0. Not that we have a chance but we at least have a punchers chance. This kind of pick up ball ISO offense has to be fixed or they would be lucky to get one against the Warriors. I don't really see all the hype.
Good point. OKC will likely be much better by May as our Rockets, barring major injuries to either team. We shouldn't discount their potential because their third star is not wearing Rockets red.
The rockets played there first game also and look just fine running you know a real offense. All I'm trying to say is if okc was playing GS, they would be down by 20+ going into halftime playing this style of ball.
Melo definitely looks like professional Brick layer from NYC, seen a lot of them working on High-rise buildings.
a lot of dribbling and ISO jumpers so far “experts” on CF wanted to give up Ariza and Ego for Melo...Morey was too smart for that
it took the heat a while to mesh when they first put together the big 3. okc gonna get by most of the season on pure talent but they just gotta learn how to work together. same as cp3 and harden.
Won't be enough. It's not their defense that is the issue, it's that their offense is trash. ISO junk won't work on the Warriors.
Sad to see that media is getting in your Head. Harden>Westbrook Paul>George (hard to compare, different positions. but factor in the voice he has) Gordon>Melo (honestly, gordon can do just fine with iso, much better catch&shooter, better defender) I like our Big 3 better than OKC's - wouldn't trade straight up 3 for 3.
Well look at that, Charles and Shaq are actually watching the game tonight. Kenny is wrong here, it's not about the amount of shots but these are just 1v1 chuck up jumpers. It's not good offense. Granted, yes, they are a new team...I just don't see Donovan changing much here. They gonna roll the ball out and let these guys go and stress the defense.
Please... I don't need the media (which I hardly pay attention to, other than getting breaking news) for me to formulate an opinion. When you have 3 future hall of gamers playing together, most likely than not, they will be really good as a team. We can revisit this point in a few months, and see who was prescient.
Porzingis looks incredible. Very fluid. Improved ball handling So tall and long. Can get whatever **** he wants pretty much every time.
Media will flip out over this home win against the Knicks Barely acknowledged we beat GSW on the road
At least Reggie has an excuse with them both being UCLA guys. Not sure about the rest of the media though.
