lol, NBA trying to drag the thing out and build hype. Given that the playoffs are a dog and there's widespread grumbling that the League has master-minded the Big Fix . . . yeah, I'm really looking forward to Friday's broadcast, it has given me a reason to keep on living. I'm serious.

    NBA show?

Just another cheap way to create unnecessary suspense.

When a player they hate is clearly the mvp, they come up with this stupidity. Bet they won't have it next year when Harden isn't the clear cut mvp. Damn devils.

treat it like it's game 6, an elimination game at home without the opposing teams best player

Shaq: Not tough. One guy had historic season. Other guys played great. LeBron could win it every year. I'd go Westbrook.
    Kenny: Westbrook.
Chuck: Need 5 guys. Can't have the best player sitting at home. That's just stupid. I vote for Russell.

i think the die hard nba fans like us will, but the fare weather fans are completely tuned out by now.

the awards show isn't a bad idea, but it has to immediately follow the season. the NBA draft (the beginning of next season) shouldn't come before the awards (celebrating last season).
