replace him in the NBA Skills Challenge on Saturday? :)

Lebron, Wade, Kobe, and T-Mac...that would be great!!!

With Tmac's back, I would rather him not do ANYTHING other than playing for the Rockets.

Yeah that would be a great field with T-Mac added. He belongs with that group. I hope he is chosen.

T-Mac is the best passer in that group IMO, so I think he would have a good shot at winning.

If Tmac's back goes out doing a skills challenge, a little rest won't help him at all...

My first thought was Jason Kidd, but that would be 3 players from the East. If it's gonna be someone from out West, an objective list would have to consider T-Mac, Baron Davis, Carmelo Anthony, and Allen Iverson.

C'mon man, the guy isn't made out of glass. He's got a back that acts up now and then. He's taken plenty of hits and solid fouls since December. I'd love to see him play and get some of the spotlight back that he deserves.

We'll all regret it if he does SOMEHOW hurt it doing that....

But it's ridiculous to just keep him away from everything, especially something as simple as a skill's challenge. If he gets hurt doing that, it's almost a certainty that it's just something waiting to happen sooner rather than later.

I'd love to have a Rocket represent us in one of Saturday night's events.

Allen Iverson and Baron Davis are both hurt so that wont happen! Kidd is hurt to so I doubt he will enter.

I hope Tmac does enter and prove he is the top dog. He is often over looked by this group of players (Lebron/Wade/Kobe). Why not let our guy go out and prove he is the man!

I would guess it would either be Mcgrady, Billups, Carmelo, or maybe a guy like Deron Williams.

Even Alston or Head would be a great addition.

I think T-Mac is the best bet from NBA's standpoint also; any NBA fan would love to see the top 4 wing players in the league in a friendly competition of such. In return T-Mac will get some well deserved national media coverage, especially if he wins. Most of these ESPN idiots need to realize that when T-Mac is not hurt, and plays like he has been since he came back from his injury, he is still one of the best in the league.

If anything, this can be NBA’s small compensation for picking Nash as player of the month, instead of T-Mac. :D

Absolutely NO. I would rather Tmac finds a good excuse to skip All-star. He got recognition by the votes. That's enough. It's time to rest him well and let's go for the champ with yao back.

He scored 23 points on 8-10 shooting on Saturday. Does not seem that hurt to me anymore.
