    You talmbout FAKE cheese? Vegan? Because a bean with no meat nacho can be great. For fake cheese (womp, womp) I can only recommend cashew cheese from Siete - https://sietefoods.com/products/mild-nacho-cashew-queso - they have other solid products also.

    Definitely not looking for a vegan recipe, though if people have recommendations for vegan "meat" products that would go well on nachos I'd like to hear it. Hard pass on vegan cheese for nachos, though!

    I'll admit that I've had the cashew cheese sauce product before, and it isn't bad.
