[Movie] Everything Everywhere All At Once

Thought it was a Bo Burnham thread. Got a Mel Brooks movie.

 

The trailer already sold me cause Data from the goonies is in this. I mean talk about a gap, when did the goonies come out, 84? This is crazy

 

I’m hearing a lot of positive word of mouth about this movie. This might be the first movie I venture out to see in theaters.

 

Just went to see it. Silly, confusing but always holds your attention. Might the weirdest movie I have ever seen, but couldn't stop paying attention. Well done.

 

This movie was awesome.... and hard to explain since it pretty much went through all the genres and it really worked. Hot dog fingers, butt plugs, chefs with raccoons, multiverse, and kung fu. Well worth it to see in theaters.

 

By the way. There is a thread in another forum about making it with someone over 55. Can I add Michelle Yeoh to that list

 

i can't pin down what it is... is that a lisp? was cool when he was a kid, but as an adult, needed some getting used to

 

There is no way I go to the movies for this, nothing less than a true spectacle movie drags me out nowadays (ie: The Batman, Doctor Strange 2, etc.). That being said, it looks interesting enough to rent when it's available, but only to watch at home. More likely, I'll forget it amidst the myriad of other content out there and one then find it to stream for free in one of the services.

 

The reviews on it have been mostly positive. Will probably check it out when it comes to streaming.

 

I saw that interview and definitely want to check out the movie. Is it only in theaters? I rarely see movies in the theaters anymore but might check it out or wait until it hits streaming.

 

i'm waiting for the streaming. this is probably on select theaters, especially for international audiences

 

This might be my favorite Will Farrell character, definitely top 5 this is when I knew I would watch him in anything.

Very underrated movie it has aged very well.

 

This is an amazing movie. I recommend seeing this one. Lives up to the positive reviews it’s gotten so far. Easily the best movie I’ve seen this year and one of the best of the decade.
