Agree, vote to pass. The Rockets need athleticism, bad!

Marc Jackson gets less playing time than Jason Collins or Clifford Robinson (yes. THAT clifford robinson - not clifford robinson jr.)

I don't think now is the time to panic and start making bad trades that may help us for the next 6 weeks and hurt us in the longterm.

Funny how both the Nets and Rox "upgraded" the PF spot this year.

Keep Swift. We are sooo lucky we didn't get saddled with Marc Jackson some years ago. However, I would go for a second rounder from Chris Taft of Golden State. He's a 12th man on a Warrior team hip deep in power forwards, but has the athleticism, bulk, length and potential we need right now.

I have recanted my anger that we chose Head over Taft. Head has proved to be far better than I ever dreamed he could be -- although I was right about the board making his name a continuing joke. Still, if we could acquire Taft, I think we would be pleased in the long run.

Jackson was a question mark years ago, now there's no question. He has no upside.

We have Stro for a great price, and he has already shown improvement. He will already have more of a play-off impact than Jackson. No trade.

Besides all the negatives already mentioned, it seems to take about a month to acclimate to the JVG system. Whatever Jacksons upside is, it will be about a month till we see it.

We can do better: Michael Doleac is available.

Seriously, though, if we can get Jackson and a first round for swift, I'd say do it in a heartbeat.

I agree. Jackson is a stiff.

Do not give Stromile away like we did Mo Taylor.....
