A clinic on wearing COOL shoes. And y'all don't even realize it either. In fact, he's currently ranked #7 in the SoleWatch Power Rankings, where he's been a staple all year.

If Harden gets an entire thread for his shoes, then Montrezl definitely deserves one, because he's outdoing Harden (who wears the same shoe every game) by a long shot.

Trezz wears something different from Nike every single game and it's almost always awesome.

Most recently in Minnesota he wore Pippen's old shoe - (fun fact, Pip is @tinman's favorite Rockets player).

Here are a few more of his recent picks.

These small details are what you start to focus on when all the team does is WIN.

That's what makes what he is doing so special. Monster dunks with 8lb shoes with no traction.

He's got to have more varieties of hairdos to get our attention.

I guess that's true about HAIRdos, Josh Smith was dropping several varieties of DOOdoos on the court and y'all made countless threads about him.

Trezz gave his kyrie 1s out to fans in the OKC game. He's definitely a sneakerhead. I player watch shoes all the time. Dekker wears kyrie 2s. Clint and Ryan both wear the same nikes.

Harden wears the same shoe because he has his own shoe. Have you noticed LBJ, Kyrie, Dame, KD, & Curry also wear the same shoe year round?

Smart man, get the media talking about what shoe you're wearing. Next step: shoe deal.

Then the media stops talking about what shoe you wear.... because there's nothing to discuss. You wear what the contract says you wear.

Yeah, I'd rather he just picks the one that's best for performance and not think so much about what shoes he wears to his job.

Trez is on the cusp of developing into a solid NBA player, I hope he's focused and I hope these things are occupying too much of his mind.

Lolz at least Harden saves money by having his kicks provided by Addidas. Harrell wearing new shoes is nice and all, but right now he's still just a fringe player in the league why the hell is he blowing his money on a new pair of shoes every game? As a 2nd round pick Harell probably makes around a little bit over 1M net of taxes...thats way too small to be living the high end NBA star lifestyle and buying kicks for every game. This is how nba players end up bankrupt 3 years after they retire.

As a side note sole rankings? That's a bit boring because the top fashionistas have their own shoe line which they are obligated to wear every game. They should have hair rankings and suit rankings instead (for injured) since those have no limit on the players' creativity
