Well then, it's settled. I mean, who in their right mind would question MJ's evaluation of talent?

Why would anyone pick Lebron at this point? He's not proven he can carry a team and will his team to win. Kobe has.

All Kobe has proven is that he can get bailed out by his teammates time and time again. 6-24 in a critical game 7, some clutch performer. At least stop jacking up bad shots if you aren't hitting 'em, dude.

If it wasn't for Kobe the Lakers wouldn't have even been in the finals

LeBron lead a team of scrubs to the best record in the NBA. Kobe could barely make the playoffs.

No Pau: lotto, 1st round, 1st round
W/ Pau: three straight NBA Finals apperances

    Whose the Lakers' MVP now?

I know people use that argument a lot, but it's just ridiculous. For one thing, Kobe has been in the league seven years longer. For another, this same argument could be used to make a lot of ridiculous comparisons. For example:

Horace Grant (3 rings) > Karl Malone
Chauncey Billups (1 ring, 1 Finals MVP) > John Stockton

    For Pau on the Grizzlies:

No Kobe: 1st round, no wins, lottery
W/ Kobe: three straight NBA Finals appearances

Kobe was more proven than Pau before they got together. And Kobe is still more proven than LeBron.

Lebron carrying that sorry cavs team to the finals where he scored like 30 in a row might have been one of the single greatest accomplishment every by any player.

No...but it was damn impressive. That crappy Cavs team had no business being in the finals that year.
