    He actually was sentenced to 23 months but that might as well be 2 years, plus he missed this year it is basically 3 years out of the league, plus he has other court cases coming. Hard to imagine him playing again.

    This is total BS the dude has not been in trouble with the Law before and he gets 23 month but Joe Horn can shoot a man in the back .

    The feds investigated this case for a few years before arresting Vick. Horn's been investigated for a few weeks. You can make this statement if Horn's not indicted after a few more weeks ;)

    Anyway, tough sentence. I wholeheartedly agree with it.

    23 months for a first time non-violent (towards other humans) offender?

    come on, no way he gets this sentence if he is not a celebrity. You don't rehabilitate non-violent offenders by sticking them in a violent environment.
