    He gets paid over $5 million a year to be in shape and ready to play basketball. He gets no break from me, it's his responsibility and duty.

    True, millions per year but you are neglecting the fact his employer was about to deprive him of those millions as they tried to bully their way through a lockout. At that point he basically did not have a job, responsibility or any duties. Not saying I agree with with his foolishness, but your argument is only valid during a normal offseason.

    I guess. I mean, he's at the point where he's probably top five worst starting SF's in the league and he's owed more money than Walton. If he's showing up fat and out of shape that might be enough to play tie-breaker (or at least in my mind).
