I've got another $20 tee'd up for the tip jar in case Clutch starts raising the roof, dispelling non and then cheap tippers first.

    THIS IS GREAT NEWS!!!!

If we get T-Mac today, I vow to contribute $10 to the tip jar.
If it's a 3-way that also gets us a point guard, I'll go in for $15.
    For good karma!

No one is saying T-mac is going to solve all our problems, he'll just make us a better team. Steve putting up 23/7/7? Hell he couldn't do that without a zone while getting almost 40mins or more a game! Steve will probably put up better numbers in the east and having his own team again, but we'll no doubt have the better team with Yao, T-mac, JJ and company...I really don't like losing Cat, but you have to give up something good to get something good.
You think T-mac could be had for Cat and throw-ins? Cmon thats ridiculous.

Stephen A. said that Orlando's GM told him in the last couple days that no deal was imminent, but that it's anyone's guess what's happened in the last 24 hours.

They also talked about Rudy being the current top candidate for the Lakers job.

Stephen A. Smith is on right now... Thanks!

Smith said that the proposed TMac deal is alot to give up for the Rockets. Nothing much new besides the fact that he thinks nothing is imminent in the next few days.

Smith said that Dallas has a chance for Shaq, as well as Indiana, and Sacramento.

You can't take anything John Weisbrod says as the straight truth... He's a hockey guy, and has a reputation to be very crafty and sneaky.

They can complete the deal IN PRINCIPAL without actually finalizing it.
