    They aren't that great IMO, some are though, but Hardy, Spacey, etc... are on Netflix, so...

    Um....starting on or going to the small screen will actually help many actors improve their viability to lead large budget pictures (Will Smith, George Clooney, Jennifer Lawerence ). Conversely, actors who previously had big screen success can go to the small screen and have more creative freedom and bring prestige to rolls and make a lot of money over a longer period of time (Kevin Spacey, James Spader, Liev Schreiber, Viola Davis, Terrance Howard, etc). TV no longer has the stigma of being a "B" actor/actress. It is a was for you to express creative ideas without much of the movie budget pressures.
