Lurkers of the world unite! Why do we bother reading BBS?

    I mean, I have little posts. But yet come here to check "what fans are thinking" regulary.

    I post so little cause..
    if you look at BBS from far above, it looks like an one large schizophrenic organism:
    after one game it's about this love and that love on next occasion it's about that hate and this hate.

    So, we do not bother posting. Cause it's useless!

    Quiestion is - why do we bother reading?

    Its the best place on the internet to get news on the Rockets, 90% of all articles posted on the net are linked here. I'm lazy and can go to one site instead of looking everywhere myself. That and the inside scoops, and well its human nature to enjoy people making fun of people.

    it's human nature to love when things are going good and hate when they are not. so i don't see ur point. yes there's plenty of dumb threads like this one but there's some good ones too.

    Fully agree, It's just easy to get your Rox news here and there's some entertaining banter going on. Tried posting for a while...but it was too involving...this lurker = LAZY (hence the moniker)

    And with so many members, by the time I get to the board someone has posted an opinion or joke similar to what I was thinking. Call me uncreative but...(too lazy to complete sentence with clever ending)

    The quality of posts right after games (especially losses) is not good. But there is a lot more to Clutchfans.

    In the 3 1/2 years I have been on this board, I have learned more about the Rockets then I could have imagined. I mainly like to read the gameday/news threads. I don't post because I am nowhere close to the being the expert on Basketball that some of you people think you are. :D Nor, do I have any news to post on the news threads.

    I like JVG, the record with our injuries this year is amazing .
    I think Rafer is the worst finisher in the league.
    How JVG got Howard to play a total game was a magic trick.
    I think we need another big, but I am not about to lay out some 7 team deal.

    All the above was IMHO. :eek:

    Back the black hole of lurk-ism! :cool:
