Power naps are a good idea. I should go take one right now. Who knows if it will work. The problem is that I drink a big cup of coffee in the late morning and usually the effects are still there, and I can't fall asleep.

I just can't take naps. I mean I can but when I wake up I feel all groggy and sleepy and I don't want to do anything.

BTW, what constitutes a nap and what constitutes just plain ole sleep?

That's a huge plus. One could end up easily spending over $50 a week on lunch. Not bank-breaking but it adds up.

I usually sleep for about 15-20 minutes in my car during lunch. It helps a little I guess.

That's just wrong. Just because you can't smell yourself doesn't mean others can't.

Lucky for me I just keep my office door closed all day and no one has to smell me.
