Tell Joshua Wong to negotiate peacefully, if it is possible, seek out partners in the West. All you can do. And gain experience in politics! I would advice you all. And someone already said, you need to find a way to change Basic law. And know what you want first, channel it to 1 direction, either it is HK situation or XinJiang situation. You cannot do both. Different locations! That said, the Colors stay the Same!
Useless, the movement is leaderless. Joshua doesn't have the ability to represent the protesters, even if he wants to.
Yeah, oddly, Western politicians talk to him, and his name is all over the media though. Just want this to get resolved, or call a 'cease fire'. If it's leaderless, it's anarchy.
Sorry this isn't a Lin fan forum, it's for Rockets fans named after Clutch City, the red and yellow Rockets
Now you know what the Rockets mean to me, now you know what Clutch City means to me. So if someone doesn't respect it, especially people who don't understand our team history. They don't belong here. And LOTS OF THEM have been deleted for not respecting the Houston Rockets.
In HK, we have a joke about Joshua Wong. He's called the specialist in being persecuted (被迫害師). His role in the protests is to bait the CCP to arrest him or disqualify him from elections and the West is gonna be all over it.
That is the thing, never mock your own people, even if he is just a nerd with glasses. HK is really complicated, even among protestors, everyone has another motive to go and protest. It is not united enough in one agenda.
I respect your stance on Hong Kong and thanks for actually respecting Houston Rockets history It's Les Alexanders fault
Well, actually the pro-Beijing people mock hin with that too. But satire and humor exist in all liberal society. HK is a very expressive city so almost all politicians get made fun of. I don't see any problem with that.
Well, if you want to achieve something short term you better be gettin' serious about things. Okay then, maybe you are here for the long game. I know HK, maybe not as well as you but sure know, they like to curse and have that swearing down. And even some HKers like Yao and Yi Jian Lian, and Chinese Bball.
