i think mac is the better player. its easy to get great stats when you are the only talent on a team as is lebron and magic mac. lebron is not a smart player yet. he makes a lot of bad decisions that cost games. i know he will get better in this regard. looking at overall performance and in-game intelligence, it should be clear that mac is the man. but if you want to go strictly numbers, than its a numbers game and not basketball.

 

let the two play 1-on-1 and T-Mac'd kill LeBron!

 

I wouldn't bet on Lebron's last second shot over McGrady's.
I wouldn't bet on Lebron beating McGrady one on one.
Everything else is too relative: statistics, playoff appearance,...
Even personal numbers are too much of a team-wise aspect.
Therefore I just wouldn't go saying Lebron is better.
