is it just me or does this response kindof imply he's trying to cover up his use... rose is a genuine guy... im not so sure about lebron. just sayin
David Stern would get his little grandkid to piss in a cup, label it "James, LeBron", and swap it with the real stuff. "LeBron James' urine had traces of Jello-Pudding and PBJ sandwich with the crust cut off...."
for some reason I don't think LeBron is doing steroids. He is just a freak of nature that comes once in a blue moon. It's not like he needed steroids to become relevant or to become a star, he was already a star ever since HS and was a star his rookie year. By his 2nd year he was averaging 27 PPG. Why take steroids when you are already better than everyone?
PED's are in every sport now, the question is if they are legal or not. athletes now look a lot different then athletes 20 years ago. it may be better work out regiments and schedules, but i think it has more to do with PED's. everyone does them now, not just professional athletes. i think PED's of all kinds should be banned from professional sports period.
This is so stupid, NBA players obviously get drug tested every year, and I assume before the beginning of each season
Might be, but i remember than NBA made a deal that whenever American players plays in international competition(plays with USA national team), they aren't going to be tested for steroids. If you think about it, that's red flag right there. Also nba drug results aren't released to public in anyway way shape or form.
this ^ is why even your plain text post makes me automatically look for a wicked image hidden somewhere for a kick, Mr. Rodman23.
Average Joes at the gym can get their hands on PEDs, not sure why anyone would be surprised that elite athletes would be able to get their hands on them.
I'll either go the naive route and say basketball isn't really the type of sport where bulk would be desired. Or I'll go the "personal records don't really matter in basketball" route. I also think, as a society, we need to better define and draw the line of vilification when it comes to the generic term "PED". Final point: as long as premiere guys like Kevin Durant exist, it further hinders the theory that basketball has a prevalent steroid problem.
