Gauge Grosskreutz is alive. He did claim that he was trying to take down an active shooter. He wasn't charged with assault with a firearm or brandishing. He testified in the Rittenhouse trial and said Rittenhouse did not shoot him until he pointed his firearm at Rittenhouse. More than one person can be innocent in a chaotic situation. You legally cannot claim self-defense if you are the aggressor. Some people don't know what it means to be the agressor though. Black people successfully argue self-defense all the time. I have a case right now with a young black man that the police tried to say was an attempt murder but I didn't charge the shooting because he was defending others. If there is an active shooter, make sure you know what is going on before you take action, because things are not always as they appear at first glance. Any of the three people that attacked Rittenhouse after he killed Rosenbaum could have escorted him to the police line (which was only a block or so away), but instead they physically attacked him.
Kyle was not out that night trying to kill people, Kyle was out cleaning graffiti the day prior and pushing burning trash bins away from businesses. He was out helping the community and offering medical aid to anyone who needed it regardless of political, social or racial background. When the first dude threatened to kill Rittenhouse and charged at him no one offered Kyle any help. They all thought the same thing, they were going to get him.... That's why they kept screaming it. Rittenhouse defended himself with his trusty AR and the rest is history. You should watch the trial instead of making up your mind off of CNN and Lib Twitter accounts...
This is what I'm afraid of. The "fablizing" of a high school drop out who hammer fists girls in the back of the head and who's class mates have stated was extremely aggressive and was a "next school shooter" from his own peers. Ya what he did is technically self defense. Ya the person he shot isn't a model citizen. But he wasn't helping society being there and was nothing more than an edgelord high school drop out who spends too much time on YouTube and internet forums. Saying that he committed first degree murder is an extreme position. Praying him is also an extreme position.
