    lol, I probably get much better than I deserve. But, I don't think people have a right to not be photgraphed when they are in a public place. Lord knows it happens to just about everyone just about every day, from security cams if nothing else.

    What I do know is that people do have a right to privacy in their effects. Which would apply to personal photos on one's personal cell phone. Kobe felt his privacy was infringed upon, so he goes and infringes on someone else's privacy? Hypocrisy much?

    I think it's funny that with all the summer hijinx articles about players getting in trouble, Kobe goes to church and still manages to behave badly.
