    Haha his sentence is 2 years community service which can be fulfilled by playing for the Rockets.

    I like the reason why he was in town "Perkins was in the city about 90 minutes east of Houston hosting a camp that raises money for his foundation, which aims to help children learn life skills and drug awareness." Maybe he was just taking those kids on a night out on the town and showing them his life skills! :p
