    (CBS4 News) SOUTH BEACH A South Beach optical shop owner is accusing a basketball superstar of stealing a pricey pair of glasses from his store.

    The owner of the Eye Q Optical at 760 Ocean Drive says Juwan Howard, forward for the Houston
    Rockets, took off with a pair of sunglasses worth almost $2000 from his store. He says the incident was caught on surveillance camera, though he is not allowing the media to view the tape yet.

    IF he is proven guilty of this why on earth would a multi-millionaire steal a pair of sunglasses? The stupity of professional athletes is just mind boggling sometimes.

    This could be a blessing in disguise now that I think about it.

    wow, just wow. I always that he was a standup guy in the community. Never thought he was going to be a wiseguy.


    Saying all that i hope we can void his contract, but i doubt we will be able to (Player association is too strong), cause lord knows we need a legit third option.
