Well as luck would have it as I was supposed to finish up training at a new job and start actually making money, I was informed that my services were no longer needed! I am not looking for a career job, just something to get me through college. I have waited tables for 3+yrs. and have worked retail, so if anyone has any leads about openings in Austin,Tx please!!!!! let me know. And at this point I am not even trying to be picky but I do have some stipulations as to what I won't do. I call on the power of the BBS to pull me through!!!
Not sure about Austin, but UPS is about to do their holiday hiring. Maybe you could work a temp job into something a little more permanent. UPS's benefits are pretty good (even for part-timers). Good luck!!!
