This. As for Cutler, we'll see what happens with his MRI etc..... back up dude was better today anyways, so who cares.
Who cares, they were better off without him. We all know how Cutler works at this point, anyway. Good, bad, good, terrible, great, bad. Given that he played well against Seattle the week before he was due to lay an egg against the Packers. If they left him in he would have undoubtedly done something stupid, IMO.
These dudes should just STFU, at least until they know more about the injury. Reminds me of the Nationals TV announcer who got fired for complaining that Strasburg wasn't playing while hurt...a few days later they found out he needed surgery.
The royal pounding Cutler is getting seems unfair to me. Let's see what the MRI says. Because it's Cutler, I can understand skepticism from people but this is a rush to judgement without knowledge.
Wow! I can't believe all the stupid fans and players out there questioning a player's heart and injury like they have any idea what they are talking about when it comes to his situation. They must have some excellent sources to know all about Cutler's injury and the situation. They sound really dumb...every last one of them. Yes, you want your best players to play the game...but not if they can't go. What happens if he continues to try to go and throws INTs because he can't plant his foot properly to make good throws? I'll tell you what happens...he and the coaches gets blasted for him not leaving or being pulled earlier. Is there a bigger goat than Cutler right now?
Didn't MJD miss the last game or two of this season when the playoffs were on the line due to a knee injury? Knee injuries are the worst, because you can do all sorts of "normal" things like walking but then have no ability to plant or push off or whatnot. I think it's absolutely insane to question Cutler without knowing any facts. Besides which, does he have any kind of history of faking injuries? Wasn't he the most sacked QB in the league this year?
