Seriously Get the **** out with this misogynistic crap.

Women voters and fans just like men, vote based on their own criteria, they aren't the brainless idiots you think they are.
But you on the other hand having made this post, just shows what kind of person you are.

While I agree that there seems to be some sort of bias on Beadle's part, you're way out of line making generalizations like that.

    1. Michelle Beadle is well known hater of James Harden. She criticizes yet she has a bad personal life.

    2. Rachel Nichols throughout the year, kept the narrative of Trevor Ariza, Luc Mbah Moute left, the whole team stinks.
Trevor Ariza had a below average year and Luc was injured the whole year.

    3. Cari Champion rudely yells when someone says Harden is MVP

    4. Molly Qerim hates Harden, because of his life, "Will he show up in the Playoffs" why can't she ask Harden in person.

    Just awful women at Espn

I don't pay attention to ESPN but I don't need to, to know the basic fact that women aren't sex addicted epidermic beings who only vote for someone because of his appearance.
Why didn't you say that every other man voter who chose Westbrook or Giannis is secretly gay who is attracted to them too?

It's because you hate women that's why. Reported and Hope you get banned.

Lost respect for Rose if he has had Harden all year and wakes up one day this week and now has "Gianus by a hair"
    C'mon now Jalen.

The more Harden loses MVP, the more weapons he comes back w/ next year. Go ahead and keep the record books out for next year. Hell, keep the books out for the playoffs. The chip on the shoulder has gotten too big.

Check out Sage when she finds out Jalen changed his pick. This isn’t a female thing. It’s all of ESPN. I just don’t like anchors openly cheering for 1 candidate over another.

MVP discussion happens a little after the 2 minute mark.

As Paul Pierce said, you can’t go wrong with either. Both players are playing at MVP levels for their respective teams.

The only people who are wrong here are the ones who insist there is a clear answer. I believe Rachel Nichols made this point a few weeks ago.

    I don’t get it

Harden has that “great” Giannis game about 30 times already. That was Giannis second time.

    Wtf

But Giannis isn't! He's barely putting up better numbers than last year. The only main difference is his record is better. That's mostly down to his teammates contributing more and his coach. And Giannis suddenly hits a decent % at the 3pt line in 1 game and his jumper has suddenly improved? His 3pt % is down from last year! You can't compare his season to an historic one like Harden's. Harden's had 54 games of 30 plus points, 28 games of 40 plus points, 9 games of 50 plus points, and he's had 2 games of 60 plus points. Oh, and he's had 73 games of 20 plus points. By the way, Giannis has only played 71 games this season and he already has 12 games of under 20 points, Harden has only had 3 games of those.... and he's played 76 games. Harden has pretty much took the Rockets from a 11-14 record to a 52-28 record..... from 14th to a close 2nd, in a much tougher conference.

Giannis hasn't had to carry an injury hit team. His numbers don't come close to Harden's. His bench is better than the Rockets. Yeah, our starting bench is probably better.... when fit. But how many times have we seen our starting team compared to the Bucks? I'm pretty certain we've missed Paul, Gordon and Capela for a combined total of 44 games this season.

If Giannis wins MVP, it won't be because he's had a better season than Harden, or that's he's a better player, it'll be because he's more hated than Giannis by the media.

By every advanced metric, you are wrong.

Giannis’s case this year is, in fact, not all that different from Harden’s very strong case a year ago. It doesn’t matter that Harden’s numbers did not appear (if you look at it superficially) that much better from his numbers two seasons prior when his team was a lower seed (29, 7.5, 6 that year vs 30.5, 9, and 5.5 last year). It doesn’t matter that he had a different coach and better teammates compared to that year.

And if LeBron was putting up 36 ppg on the Cavs last year, Harden still would have been a deserving MVP candidate last year on the strength of his individual production and his team having the best record in the league. Do you disagree?

Not to go all Jordan Peterson on you, but not all generalizations are wrong or racist, sexist or misogynistic.

This MIGHT be. It seems like a bit of a stretch.

But then again... only a bit.

At the very least, we can agree that Beadle and all women anchors at ESPN are pretty horrible. But that's not misogynistic.... kind of just what it is. Of course, most men actors at ESPN are pretty horrible, too!!!

I think its cool for guys to express their opinions. Opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one.

I don't understand laying out facts as if they were true though.

Jalen: Giannis...first guy to play all 5 positions like this. What??? Giannis is a BIG. The extent he plays all 5 positions offensively, its because sometimes he starts with the ball outside before getting inside. Guess what.... bigs do that sometimes. Jokic is outside as much inside.

Jalen: Giannis... improved jumpshot. What??? He's shooting 25.3% from three. On his most career attempts ever per game. It's his second lowest % of his career (in six seasons). He's shooting worse, not better.

I mean, did you read rockets1995's post? It's misogynistic to boil all ESPN female anchors' choices as to who gets MVP down to "they're just attracted to x candidate more than y candidate" as if these ladies don't have a thought in their heads about these players beyond their physical aesthetic. What an insult.

Of course it makes a difference. He's not having a better season than Harden. That's facts. The only case people make for Giannis having a better season is his record and his defense. You can make a case for his FG%, but he's 6ft 11 taking a majority of layups and dunks in the paint. If the Bucks had the same amount of injuries we had, for that long, the Bucks are sitting around 3rd.

You have to factor in everything. Harden has played without key players for a lot of games. He's carried them from 14th in the west to a close 2nd. Our record is pretty similar to the Bucks in the last 55 games or so..... without key players.

And Lebron didn't average 36 points per game last season. And he certainly hasn't had a season like Harden has. So what are you talking about?

Yep. Something tells me he'll be working all summer on a right-handed 3-point floater.
