I remember them doing this episode in Season 3 episode 7, in "The Gang Sells Out." Only it was much funnier.
I was kind of reminded of the beginning of last season, where I thought it was funny but was worried the show was losing steam (dee being a surrogate), but then was blown away with the 2nd episode ("Gang hits the road"). Looking at the wiki page, the pair that wrote this episode also wrote last season's premiere too. It was only the second episode that "Becky Mann & Audra Sielaff" have written.
Possible spoiler about next weeks episode, but I dont think its really a spoiler Spoiler This episode was part 1, so hopefully the 2nd part next week has all the jokes.
Tonight: "Dennis Gets Divorced Marital bliss turns into business, as the gang experiences the emotional and economic hardships of divorce
This! This episode started out on a high note with that little "I love you" exchange with Dennis and Maureen. And the return of the lawyer and Charlie's uncle is always a good thing. Good stuff!
Haha great episode....although I still enjoyed League MUCH more....here are my favorites: -Charlie's uncle -his hand obsession -"place them over mine, it'll look like my hands" -"can you a picture....for the website" -Dennis and Mac teamin back up after strollin in drunk on Maureen -Dee & the fat guy -Frank & Charlie's argument
Not gonna lie, haven't been too impressed by the first two episodes. But I have faith, I'm sure they'll get going soon enough.
Kind of felt like too many stories going. I just don't find Dee's parts funny most of the time; none of the other guys are interested in her stories and I find that funny though.
I agree the first episode was much better. This episode didn't have enough Devito. He's the wild card... well Charlie is.. but you know. WILD CARD b****ES!
I'M READY!!! "The Gang Buys a Boat" The gang attempts to find adventure on the sea after they purchase their 'new' boat.
I was told by a pretty hardcore fan today that the episodes aren't really going to start "bringing it" until episode 4.
