If we didn't already have a glut of PF's I wouldn't mind taking a flyer on the Cisse: Oct. 22 Toronto waives Norm Richardson and Ousmane Cisse
Lue, Mutombo, Sura, and Taylor will all definitely play, so thats 9 right there. No way will we have a 8 man rotation. Those 4 will be the shoe-ins, but i can see Bowen, Nachbar, Padgett and Spoon all getting spot time from game to game as well, because they are all solid players. So i wouldn't be surprised to see 10 or 11 guys playing on any given night, however it won't be a "10 man rotation" because 1 or 2 guys will only get <10mins.
