I don’t know about this. Cavs traded for James Harden and Schroeder. He just didn’t have a role anymore
Doesn’t really matter what we as fans think….front office gave us a big middle finger at trade deadline and honestly neither cares or honestly even pretends to care about what we think. Stone is simply a lawyer designed to keep Fertitta’s pockets lined with money and say fake propaganda about how great this existing team is. Funny how Fertitta has gone into witness protection these past few weeks and sends out his henchman/mouthpieces to explain why we’re making zero efforts to improve. By the way no savior is coming next year either as Stone literally gave away the very first pick in this historic upcoming draft. As always, we stay stagnant as almost every other team improves.
Sure why not. Gives us another capable player to b**** about when he is used incorrectly. We are running out of b**** topics. Lonzo or bust!
If he was doing a great job they wouldnt have felt like they needed to get Schroeder and relegating him to not having a role. I just dont think picking up a guy with injury risks who was coming off the bench getting sparse inconsistent minutes and getting dnp's is an upgrade or the solution to any type of problem here... And the Cavs didnt even have Garland and he still could barely get on the court. Matter of fact, he was the only experienced "pg" they had available for many games and they still opted to not play him. Hard pass for me.
I agree with most of the post until this spot. Usually when people misuse the word "literally", it isn't when they are referring to a 10% probability, which is where the Nets pick is to win the 1st pick. I get selling your point, but you don't have to go full P.T Barnum.
I would say if there's no other option and we only have to waive Tate, it's worth a shot. I think there's a 10% chance he hits 36% of his wide open 3's. If he does that, it's worth having.
Secondary ball handler with well above average playmaking instincts. Versatile defender with well above average deflection and raDTOV rates. Looked pretty awful in his last 10 games. Shooting dreadfully this yr 27%~ on 4 attempts, doesn't really penetrate and draw fouls anymore. He's playable because the passing and defensive instincts will always translate, but he wouldn't look very good here, you're betting on the shooting and he's always been irregular with that form. I'd take the bet..but where would he find minutes? I've also heard he wants to be in Charlotte with his bro
