Hey I forgot that I moved counties since I voted last. I have registered in my new county now but and wondering Will I get a voter card in the mail or will I have to just go and hope my name is on the list?

Does my vote only count as 1/5th?

I couldn't vote in 2000. My vote would have made a difference. I was still a little boy in 2000.

The Texas site...https://webservices.sos.state.tx.us/vrapp/index.asp creates a printable form to sign and mail, but are there any click and send sites (preferably with a .gov domain) to do this?

I've done some googling, but the credibility of some sites seem suspect and there's no guarantee of protecting personal information.

Also, is there any fixed registration booths around Austin?
