Info re the debate of who was behind the Battier/Gay trade

I'm not sure if this has already been posted... but I think the Rockets were actually targeting Brandon Roy more than anybody else. Which was stolen away by minnesota and dealt to the sorry blazers.

And to come to look at things they had the right guy from the start, just couldn't pull the trigger on any deal ( if available ) and he was swiped away from us.

LMAO...Swift's contract is expiring this season like, oh I don't know, Bobby Jackson's. Also, Shane blows on offense.

I told everyone that within 2 years Gay would be better.

What is funny is that people think the outcry on this trade is at its peak.

The dunk on Scola's mullet was still epic. Also, we traded him because Jeff would have never played him. It would have been different with Rick, he would have given him the opportunity to be successful and make mistakes.
