Fun tidbit, in last night's game Reggie Miller and Kevin Harlan were drooling over the thought of getting Whataburger. These guys travel everywhere and have eaten everywhere, so thats high praise.

Caught that last night and thought that was funny as well. Was really hoping some marketing person from Whataburger heard it and had it delivered to them during the game.

Tried it on Saturday. Again, it was super salty and so full of sauce that the bread was falling apart and all you could taste was sauce. I'll stick with the Honey BBQ chicken sandwich.

Is it as good as the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit?

the honey butter biscuit is the best chicken sandwich there really. I mean it's close but if I had to pick the biscuit.

Man. I wish Whataburger did a lettuce wrap option for low carbers. Every time i ask for lettuce wrap instead of buns, they make me drive up and talk to them because they don't understand and then they look at me like im crazy. Twice, i received my burger patty with what seemed like an entire lettuce shredded into little pieces inside a box.

Yep. I’ve gone Keto so I used to look for this too. Fuddruckers has a decent lettuce wrapped burger. Although I’ve gone away from that completely. Avocado and bacon for the win.

Yep. I was about to reply the same. Carl's Jr lets you do lettuce wrap substitute for buns on any of their burgers and have one on their menu as well iirc. I like Carls Jr a lot, but prefer Whataburger and so that's why i mentioned wishing they had the option. Plus Carls Jr is out of the way for me and there are 3 Whataburger's before getting to Carl's Jr.. "Have it your way" and you can't do a basic lettuce wrap instead of buns. Should have that basic option at every burger joint.

A box of shredded lettuce. Assholes.

The key with any of Whataburger's "special burgers" is to always, always get the sauce on the side. Otherwise they smother that **** and by the time you get ready to eat it's just a soggy mess.

And how perfect is his username?

Carl’s Jr. is ****ing disgusting at least the ones here in Oregon are.

As for the In N Out / Whataburger debate I’ve never had WB but it’s not surprising that it’s heavily favored in a thread predominantly comprised of Texans. Different region, different flavors and different taste buds.

Neither. I just eat a naked burger with avocado and bacon slices on top. Keto has changed so much in the positive for me.
