I dont think ime really believes in Jalen. Theres no way they were going to trade him for bridges without ime's blessing.

I think this off season will tell the tale.

Ime made some questionable choices too but I'm glad he's chewing the players out. It wasn't enough effort regardless of the game plan. They got outrebounded badly by a slow, small, old team.

This team folded every time it got praised this season. It played well only when no one cared or believed. Ime needs to beat that loser mentality out of them. I don't want an underdog identity, that requires you to lose to play well. That used to plague us in the James harden era.

Can't understand how the entire rotation came out flat. That's systemic, it's not an individual issue.

Tari and Alpi would have shown more heart. We might still not have won it, but they would have fought back harder.

I do not believe Ime knew it was going that well to be honest with you.....

Yeah you got Fred and Dillon but no way he knew the rest of the team would pick it up so fast.

Of course if you win that much, Expectations are going way up ......that people like Holiday or Jock cannot handle......

Or several young starters. The veteran shat the bed as well.....

You will lose every game you have Brooks shooting 6 of the first 10 shots … FVV has been super passive without Alpi … Teams Blitz / Double Jalen and then crash down into paint on Amen cuts (he tried replacing Amen with Jeff Green who has tank is on E)

But it also feels that Klay shoots 89% in Toyota Center for his career

Jabari is the only one that showed heart but if Alpi was playing it would be a lot harder to trap Jalen.

"What kind of impact did Jabari have in that 2nd quarter?"

"He made some shots If that is what you are referring to, but he got bullied like the rest of our guys on the other end..." - Udoka

Constant theme with Udoka and Jabari. Physicality, or lack thereof. Lots of weight room work to do this off-season.

"You have to up your level against higher quality, high IQ teams..." - Udoka on March truthers... :D

I saw some disappointed faces from our players. It's a good thing.

They showed very little fight tonight. It was a weak, soft ass effort, and there's no way Udoka is going to accept that. I'm glad he called them out.

He will have a lot more options next year when everyone is healthy, including Adams. The soft, heartless players will be on the bench and/or traded.

I love Ime - he is a straight shooter.

He is right - they were SOFT and were out smarted.

Green and Smith and Thompson were especially soft and too easily pushed around.

Let’s see if they start understanding that being tough and physical is largely a mind set in the NBA. Jumping high and being explosive doesn’t get you wins if you have a soft mentality.

Nah - Smith and Green, (even sometimes Sengun) are soft at times and they are going nowhere.
