Kobe is on trial for having sex with her. No sex, no case, no rape allegation.

The reason her sexual history matters is that DNA from someone else and a brown pubic hair were found in her panties, also vaginal tearing that she says Bryant caused could be from someone else as well. In this case it's pretty important...

I'd thank my lucky starts that I might be home for Christmas. Guilty or not....he could have ended up in jail if the broad wasn't a slut.

and you weren't there in Kobe's hotel room either

but yet you made a definitive judgment about his guilt or innocence

I just don't understand how you, or anyone can make judgments about what happened, especially since the trial has not occured yet

I think that there are VERY few false rape claims made. Many of the actual rapes are never reported.

Time magazine said Kobe has spent $12 million on his defense team. The accuser turned down a $5 million settlement.

I don't know what's worse: The lawyers charging him $12M or the girl turning down $5M.

You asked me if OJ was guilty, not to make a judgement about his guilt or innocence. In case you didn't know, there is a difference.

Don't make up things to support your point, it's not very attractive.

No, it is if you interpret the question as literally as possible rather than reading it for context. I think it was entirely clear to the rest of us what the poster was asking, "bro".

I think what is entirely clear to the rest of "us" should be left for "us" to decide.

I was asked a question and I answered it. I don't read questions and wonder what was meant by it. I just answer the question, "crew".
